If you're building or renovating with a builder, we check each progress claim and variation before you pay it. That way you're paying for work that's actually been done, at the price you agreed.
Who it's for
Homeowners building a new home or doing a major renovation in Canterbury. It's especially useful on cost-plus, labour-only or charge-up contracts, architect-designed homes, and builds where your bank needs a QS to sign off each drawdown.

Visit site and check the claim against the contract and the work in place
Value any variations before you agree to them
Update the cost to complete, so you know where the budget is heading
Send you a short, plain-English report with what to pay and why
Before the build starts
We can review your builder's price against the drawings and check how the contract handles payments and variations. We'll flag anything you should run past your lawyer.
